Where we ship. Everywhere in the US. Free shipping on every order, always.

When it ships. Your order ships within 1 to 2 business days. You get a tracking email the moment it leaves.

When it arrives. Usually 2 to 8 business days after shipping. Carriers can occasionally run late, and if yours does, just email us.

Wrong address. Email us before it ships and we will fix it.

Lost or damaged. If your package is missing or arrives damaged, tell us at contact@mydawnest.com . We will make it right. You never pay to fix a problem that is not your fault.
